Children's Hospital Colorado (Children’s Colorado) has named Charlotte Isoline as the new vice president of marketing and communications.
Isoline joins Children's Colorado from Denver's Karsh Hagan Advertising where she served as vice president of creative and brand strategy. While there, she worked for such brands as Anschutz Health and Wellness Center, Arrow Electronics, Center for Women's Health Research, Colorado Tourism, Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, InnovAge, Pinnacle Bancorp, TD Ameritrade and CU Denver.
“Charlotte’s experience executing complex marketing, branding and communication strategies will be a great addition to an already strong team,” said Gil Peri, senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Children’s Colorado.
While leading the marketing, web, media relations and internal communications teams, Isoline will work closely with physician faculty, campus leadership and team members to grow Children’s Colorado’s local, regional, national and international brand.
Isoline brings 26 years of experience to Children's Colorado
In her 26 years in advertising and marketing, Isoline has cultivated an ability to solve business and marketing challenges through the integration of creative, business and strategy. She has a record of success in critically analyzing brand communications and developing strategies that generate results for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients.

Isoline also worked as chief creative strategist for McClain Finlon Advertising for nine years and has a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (graphic design) from Colorado State University.
