We want you to be pleased with the care your child receives at Children's Hospital Colorado, and we want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. That's why we extend the services of our patient advocates as a free service to families.
What is a patient advocate?
Our patient advocates are neutral facilitators who serve as a liaison between patients, their families and hospital staff. We have advocates available for all of our locations, including our new hospital in Colorado Springs.
If you have an issue or concern about your child's care, please tell a member of the staff. If they cannot resolve the issue, please call a patient advocate at 720-777-1010, or 719-305-1010 if you are at the Colorado Springs hospital. They are here to help you with any complaints or grievances and are available from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
